Acceptance
By creating an account or using Pillars of Life, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately at Johnriverbear0402@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to break or circumvent security, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the habits, tasks, journal entries, and reflections you write. You grant Pillars of Life the limited rights needed to store, display, and process that content to operate the app for you (including generating AI mentor responses about your own data).
AI mentor disclaimer
The in-app AI Mentor is a reflective tool, not a licensed professional. It is not medical, psychological, spiritual, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that require expert judgment.
Health and physical activity
Workout suggestions and habit prompts are for general encouragement only. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. You are responsible for exercising within your own abilities.
Service changes
Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves. We try to give reasonable notice for material changes, but we do not guarantee any specific feature will remain available.
Termination
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillars of Life and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
