Who we are
Pillars of Life ("the app", "we", "us") is a personal growth application for Body, Mind, and Spirit. The app is operated by the project owner and reachable at Johnriverbear0402@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication identifiers you provide when you sign up or sign in.
- Habit and progress data — the habits, tasks, completions, workout logs, and streaks you record.
- Journal and reflection entries — text you write in the journal, awareness check-ins, and monthly reflections.
- Mentor conversations — messages you exchange with the in-app AI Mentor, plus weekly check-in summaries.
- Preferences — settings such as pillar order and season mission, stored in your browser or account.
How we use your information
- To provide the core features of the app (habits, journal, workout, mentor, reflections).
- To personalize insights, alignment scores, and mentor guidance based on your recent activity.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you when you contact us or submit feedback.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your journal or mentor content to train third-party models beyond what is required to generate your own responses.
Where your data is stored
The app runs on Lovable Cloud, which uses managed cloud infrastructure to store your account and content. AI mentor responses are generated through the Lovable AI Gateway. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the production database is limited to the project owner and the platform provider.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only with service providers required to run the app:
- Lovable Cloud — authentication, database, and hosting.
- Lovable AI Gateway — generating mentor responses and monthly reflections.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing Johnriverbear0402@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period after we verify your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email above to exercise any of these rights.
Children
Pillars of Life is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
